Dispatch Board in Front Office is Blank

When displaying the dispatch board in ESC Front Office nothing appears on the screen except for a little missing picture icon.

Resolution:

This occurs when using the Silverlight version of the dispatch board in conjunction with a 64 bit browser. Silverlight does not support 64 bit browsers (neither does Flash) so the best solution is to use a 32 bit browser. If this is not possible, you can also turn off the Silverlight features of the board from within the ESC Client in your office (not through Front Office). To do this, go to File | Configure Front Office Application. Click the Options tab and uncheck Enable rich web interface in online dispatch board.
