"Customer Has Records in 'Other Records' Error"

The following error can occur when attempting to delete a customer in ESC:

Customer has records in 'other records'

Cause of Error:

The customer is being accessed in Front Office. This could either be from the customer being logged in to their account or a technician having the customer displayed on the Customer Entry screen in Front Office.

Resolution:

Close Front Office and exit ESC. Log back into ESC and delete the customer.
