Getting Started with Equipment

Keeping track of a customer's equipment records is an excellent way to keep your technicians on top of their game.  It helps them know what parts to bring, what issues the unit may experience and lets them know what they are dealing with before they arrive at a location.  

While there is no mandatory setup before you can begin recording Equipment in your customer records, there are a few items we recommend you begin with that will make tracking Equipment a breeze!
