Description of Issue:
In ESC with Peachtree Integration enabled, a user may encounter the following or similiar type error when attempting to save a change in the Enter Technician screen:
Error posting employee to PT: an error occurred while importing. This happened for Field Name: EmpEE Fld4-Calc Name
Clicking OK to the error clears the technician's record and the entry or changes are retained.
Cause of Issue:
This error and others that are similar to it within this screen have been confirmed to be caused by problems within legacy Peachtree databases and are not originating within ESC.
Resolution:
In Peachtree, it is recommended to first run the Data Verification utility under the File menu but if this does not correct the problem, the only other solution would be to submit the Peachtree database to Sage for review and repair.
