How do I import these forms into my ESC database?

  1. Download the tax templates from below.
  2. Go to File → Print Options → Forms.
  3. To import W2 or W3 forms, click Customize next to Payroll Forms. To import 1099 or 1096 forms, click Customize next to 1099/1096.
  4. In the following screen, you may import the template to an existing form by highlighting that form and clicking the Import button. • When I print form 1096, it is adding together the qty/amounts for both 1099-NECs and 1099-MISC. That's incorrect, you are supposed to file a separate 1096 with each type of form. I have 4 forms 1099-NEC, and 1 form 1099-MISC. Any suggestions? Thanks.
