Description of Error:
The following error appears when attempting to connect to QuickBooks:
A modal dialog box is showing in the QuickBooks user interface. Your application cannot access QuickBooks until the user dismisses the dialog box.
Cause of Error:
There is a window showing in QuickBooks that must be dismissed before the integration can complete. This will typically be a question of some type of acknowledgment screen (Are you sure you want to delete this transaction? or something similar) or the Product Information window.
Resolution:
Go to QuickBooks on the computer where you received the error and dismiss the modal dialog box. Then attempt to connect again.
