Service Request Analysis Report


This report will allow you to see exactly why your customers are requesting your service. This information can help you identify trends, focus your marketing and refine your procedures. The report will show you every service request code and description along with the total number of times each has been used and what percentage of your total it represents.

This report works best when used in conjunction with a custom date filter. We recommend running this report with either the Date Received or Date Dispatch Completed filter enabled (see below). See the help topic Reports and Custom Filters for more details on how to add these filters.

Note: Since each dispatch can contain up to four service request codes, this report should not be used to calculate the total number of dispatches created.
