"This document has been archived."

ESC allows you to archive attached documents to manage the size of your database. From time to time, however, it will be desirable to recall older documents that have been archived. If you attempt to open a document that has been archived you will receive a message similar to the one below:

Click OK when this happens and use the resulting window to browse to the archive file listed in the message. Click Open and the desired document will open. The document will also be added back to the database so it can be retrieved immediately in the future.
