How to make a Location Inactive

• Customers, in ESC, are composed of two components:
  1. Customer
  2. Location
• A single Customer may have multiple Locations
• Determine if you want to make a Location or the Customer inactive
• If you meant to make a Customer Inactive, click here

1. In ESC, click on the Customer Center in the toolbar.

2. Search for the Location in the list and double-click on them.

3. Uncheck the Active checkbox under the Location tab.

4. Click Save.
