Issue
- Workstation is unable to connect to ESC
- Server computer is unable to connect to ESC
- Sudden occurence of ESC taking longer or timing out when trying to work
Resolution
Detailed Resolution
1. First, on the server computer, hold down the Windows Key and press the letter R (Windows+R).
2. Next, type in Services.msc and press Enter or click OK.
3. Scroll to the SQL Server (ESC) service, and click Restart or Start in the top-left of the window.
4. Scroll to the SQL Server Browser service, and click Restart or Start in the top-left of the window.
5. Restart ESC and try using it again.
