How to setup ReviewBuzz in ESC

To setup the ReviewBuzz integration with ESC is simple.

1. Select Enter Status Codes from the Dispatch drop down menu.

2. Select the Complete status.

3. Once the window opens select the Notifications tab at the top. Here is where you will put your feedback verbiage and ReviewBuzz link.

4. To send your email to your customers just complete the Dispatch using the Complete status.
