To get to the Job Profit and Loss Summary Report, go to Company>Reports>Job Reports>Job Profit and Loss Summary.

The Job Profit and Loss Summary report shows a summarized breakdown of each job with the estimated values and currently billed values so you can quickly see your profit on a job.
