Getting Started with Email

While Electronic Service Control itself does not have the ability to manage your email for you, it does have the ability to connect with your outgoing email server to provide a wide range of email communication options to you.

The first step in getting connected with your customers through email, is to connect ESC with your outgoing email server. Once ESC is connected to your outgoing email server, you'll have the ability to email documents and dispatch updates to customers, vendors and even your own technicians.
