A CLR Error appears when attempting to open ESC

Description of Error:

When attempting to open ESC or another dESCO product the following error appears:

CLR error: 80004005

Cause of Error:

This error is caused when the program you are attempting to open has been set to a Windows 95 compatibility mode.

Resolution:

1.Locate the executable file you are attempting to open.
2.Right click the file and select Properties.
3.Click the Compatibility tab.
4.Deselect Run this program in compatibility mode.
5.Click OK.
6.Restart the program and the error should go away.
