When you are first introduced to the ESC Mobile Manager, all employees will be listed on your dispatch board. You can change which employees show on your board by going to the Options menu at the top-right corner of your screen and selecting Select/Edit Tech Groups.
From here, you may either select an existing group to display on your board, or click the Add button to create a new Group (Android users will need to tap Edit and then the Add option).
Give the new group a name and then select the employees you want to be shown by selecting this group.
Once you have your group setup, tap the Save button at the top of your screen. You will now see your new Group in the list, tap on it to view the group on your dispatch board.
