ESC is slow or unresponsive.

Before we begin
  • ESC is running slowly or is unresponsive.
  • ESC may temporarily lose connection to Quick Books or Peach Tree/Sage 50.
  • We will need to be on the machine with the ESC Accounting Server
See it done





1. Log out of ESC.

2. Locate the ESC Accounting Server and Pause it.

3. Confirm you want to pause the ESC Accounting Server.

4. After a few moments Restart it.

5. Restart ESC and try using it again.
